Please note that prices are all quoted per week and include all taxes. The price you see is the price you pay. Pro-rata weekly rentals are available minimum of four days stay. We also require a security deposit of £200/$400 per stay to cover the cost of any damage or breakages. This deposit is returned once we have confirmation from the management company that the villa has been left in the condition it was found. The villa can be booked from any day of the week not just Saturday to Saturday.
